Most wines can also be purchased over the counter at favorable prices. Ask our staff for more information. Every Thursday or Friday at 5.30 pm: social wine tasting with exquisite wines, mostly from the Schweizerhaus wine cellar. Registration by the evening before is essential.

Szeleshát has its own microclimate. These south-facing slopes warm up easily as they are located between the Hungarian Plain and the Geresd Hills. A constant wind blows at the top of Szeleshát because the hot, dry air from the lowlands mixes with the cool air from the hillside area. Szeleshát means "windy hill" in Hungarian.

A conventional bottle of water often has to travel long distances before it reaches the guest's table. It also has to be cooled and stored, which consumes storage space and energy. The BWT WasserBar is a dispenser system that is connected directly to the tap water. The Maloja water is filtered and cooled, is drawn still or carbonated and additionally enriched with magnesium.
