Reception
Receptionist
You are outgoing and fluent (D/I/E). Do you have that "certain bite" for a varied and challenging front desk job? Then you've come to the right place. We need employees who are happy to sell our hotel, be it one of our beautiful hotel rooms or one of the vacation apartments in the adjacent building. In addition to constant contact with guests, we are looking for competent employees who work accurately, efficiently and independently.
Service
Chef de rang
Our à la carte lunch and dinner service is all about the action. At lunchtime you are usually out on the terrace and take care of your own station,
your own station with collection. In the evening, you look after our discerning restaurant guests in the various dining rooms.
You carve, fillet, decant and serve.
You are happy to help your colleagues and speak a little - or more - Italian, English and French as well as German.
BAR/Service specialist
Your field of activity is our cozy Kutscher bar. It is the meeting point for our guests and locals.
You are responsible for the running of the bar.
Until things really get going at the bar, you will look after your own station in the upscale à la carte service.
You have the necessary experience and training.
Kitchen
Sous-chef and chef de partie
German, Italian and Portuguese are spoken in our kitchen.
Our chef attaches great importance to ensuring that all dishes are freshly prepared.
Conscientious and clean work, independence and a willingness to learn are also required.
Of course, a good pinch of creativity is also required.
