Dénes Balasa

Hello, I’m Dénes Balasa, originally from beautiful Hungary – the land where the water is soft and the paprika is spicier than Swiss cheese! Since 2015, I have been “stranded” here in Switzerland, but don’t worry, I’ve got my floaties on and I’m enjoying the wonderfully orderly life here.

As an executive assistant, I have the honorable task of supporting our directors – and by now, we’re not just colleagues, but also really good friends. Our common goal? To ensure that our guests are so happy that they never want to leave – but don’t worry, we haven’t tied them to the wall… Not yet!

With my wife, who works with great passion in service, I am a proud father of two children.

In my free time, I try to get fit at the gym – but I admit that after long nights with our guests, I often end up being "lazier than fit" the next morning. I used to be a football player and wrestler, but after two ACL tears, I thought, “Why take the risk when I can just watch the games on TV?” Today, I’m a self-proclaimed football expert! If anyone wants to chat about football, I'm always a welcomed conversation partner. But of course, I also enjoy talking about anything else!
